Winterwarm warm-air heating in Oxfordshire

A new Winterwarm heater should make the space easier to work in and the system easier to manage. We can help with equipment selection, replacement planning and care for your existing installation.

Gas, electric and water-fed Winterwarm choices.

A workshop with a gas supply, an all-electric unit and a building with central hot-water plant can need very different equipment. We can help you understand the differences, including the connections, controls and running-cost considerations.

Equipment & application

Winterwarm XR+

XR+ is a suspended gas-fired unit-heater range. The heater, fan and control arrangement need to suit both the heat demand and the way the space is occupied. We can review an existing installation or plan a replacement with service access and usable floor area in mind.

  • Gas-fired unit heating
  • Compact high-level installation

Worth discussing forWorkshops and open commercial working areas.

Equipment & application

Winterwarm HR

The HR range adds condensing gas-fired heating to the comparison. We consider the flue and condensate arrangements at the outset, together with how the unit will distribute heat. A survey helps establish whether the additional installation requirements make sense for your premises.

  • Condensing gas-fired range
  • Installation services reviewed together

Equipment & application

Winterwarm EH electric heater

EH uses electric heating rather than a gas burner. That changes the infrastructure needed: available electrical capacity, the control arrangement and operating hours become central to the decision. We can help compare the practical requirements without assuming electric resistance heating is the lowest-cost option to run.

  • Electric warm-air heating
  • No gas connection at the heater

Worth discussing forSuitable spaces considering heating without a gas connection.

Equipment & application

Winterwarm WWH water-fed unit

WWH takes heat from a hot-water circuit and transfers it to the room through a coil and fan. The available water temperature and flow determine the useful output. We’ll check those conditions before discussing units for an existing boiler or another suitable heat source.

  • Hot-water coil with fan-assisted delivery
  • Separate heat source required

Worth discussing forBuildings distributing heat from central hot-water plant.

From survey to handover

Winterwarm installation & replacement.

We’ll begin with the dimensions of the building, its operating hours and the areas that are difficult to heat. If you already have Winterwarm equipment, photographs and model details help us plan the assessment. The proposal can then set out the heater, controls, connection work and changeover arrangements as a coordinated job.

What we’ll work through with you

  • Building dimensions, insulation and frequently opened doors
  • Gas supply, flue routes and safe access to high-level equipment
  • Working zones, operating hours and temperature control
  • Air throw, obstructions and the need for air circulation

Looking after existing equipment

Winterwarm servicing & fault investigation.

Keep any fault message and a note of when the problem occurs. An intermittent start-up fault needs a different investigation from poor heating across one side of a workshop. We can review the installed model and agree servicing or diagnosis, with safe high-level access planned before the visit.

We’ll agree the visit and access requirements with you. Servicing follows the installed equipment’s requirements; any additional repair, specialist attendance or replacement parts are discussed as part of the scope. If you look after several buildings, ask us about planned maintenance.

Useful to know

Your Winterwarm questions.

Can we keep the existing Winterwarm controls?

Possibly, but compatibility needs to be checked against the replacement heater and the intended operating arrangement. We’ll identify what can be retained and what needs updating before the installation is agreed.

What should I send when asking for a quote?

Send your postcode, a short description of the problem or planned work, and photographs of the equipment and its model plate. Tell us about any access restrictions and important operating times. We’ll help establish whether a site assessment is needed before preparing the proposal.
