The range, explained
From a discreet wall unit to a statement ceiling cassette, Samsung gives you several ways to bring heating and cooling into a commercial interior. Start with the rooms and the people using them; we’ll help narrow down the equipment.
Wall mounted
Selected WindFree models spread air through fine openings once the room is comfortable, rather than relying only on a direct stream. That makes them worth discussing for offices and consultation rooms where people sit in the same position for long periods.
Ceiling cassette
The circular 360 Cassette distributes air around the unit and has a distinctive appearance. It can be a good conversation starter for cafés, showrooms and open-plan interiors where the equipment will remain visible. We’ll check the ceiling, drainage and access before agreeing a position.
Ceiling comfort
Want to keep your walls clear without directing a strong draught at staff? Samsung also offers WindFree cassette configurations. We’ll explain the differences between the proposed indoor units and the compatible outdoor equipment, rather than assume every cassette has the same features.
Multi-zone VRF
Samsung’s DVM family serves multiple rooms or zones. DVM S Eco provides a compact outdoor-unit option; DVM S2 addresses larger commercial arrangements. A multi-zone project needs a proper design discussion, including the pipe network, controls and how different parts of the building are occupied.
We’ll confirm the current model, availability, accessories and warranty terms in your proposal. Output and suitability depend on the selected equipment and system design.

A reception, meeting room and back office may need different temperatures at different times. We’ll discuss whether separate splits or a coordinated multi-zone arrangement makes more sense, and explain the implications for controls, disruption and ongoing care.

Keep your business comfortable
If the room takes longer to cool, airflow feels weaker or the unit is leaking, tell us what has changed. A service and a fault-finding visit are not necessarily the same job. Send the model details and any error message so we can discuss the right visit and access requirements.
Service frequency depends on the manufacturer’s guidance, operating hours and the environment. We’ll explain what is included and agree any repair work or replacement parts with you separately.
