Powrmatic warm-air heating in Oxfordshire

A warehouse needs heat where people work, not just beneath the roof. We can help you plan a Powrmatic installation, replace an ageing heater or arrange servicing around your working day.

Suspended heaters, cabinets and better air movement.

Different spaces need different arrangements. A clear warehouse floor may favour a suspended unit; a cabinet can be worth considering where distribution or installation access calls for another approach. We can compare the heater, air circulation and controls as one system.

Equipment & application

Powrmatic LX suspended heater

The LX puts the heater above the working area, with a modulating gas burner and warm-air delivery into the space. It is a useful starting point where floor space is valuable. We’ll consider where staff work and how racking or open doors affect the result.

  • Suspended gas-fired arrangement
  • Keeps valuable floor space available

Worth discussing forWarehouses, vehicle workshops and open working areas.

Equipment & application

Powrmatic CXG cabinet heater

CXG offers a cabinet arrangement with modulating natural-gas heating. Free-blowing and ducted configurations give a different set of layout choices from a suspended heater. We can review the proposed position, airflow path and removal route before recommending the configuration.

  • Cabinet-based warm-air heating
  • Configuration selected around the building

Worth discussing forLarge workshops and buildings considering cabinet or ducted heating.

Equipment & application

Powrmatic HCF circulation fan

A circulation fan moves air; it is not another heat source. In a tall building, we can investigate whether heat is collecting above the occupied zone and whether carefully positioned fans would help. The aim is comfortable air movement without an unwelcome draught over workstations.

  • Separate air-circulation equipment
  • Consider alongside heater positioning

Worth discussing forHigh-roof spaces with uneven temperatures.

Equipment & application

Powrmatic MC200 controller

The MC200 provides time and temperature control for a compatible heater, including scheduling and optimum-start functions. We can help your team set a sensible routine and review overrides. A controls review is particularly useful when working hours have changed but the heating settings have not.

  • Single-heater digital control
  • Schedules and temperature settings in one place

Worth discussing forPremises with predictable opening hours or unnecessary out-of-hours heating.

From survey to handover

Powrmatic installation & replacement.

Our completed MediaFleet project in Witney included a Powrmatic LX 140F replacement around live vehicle-wrapping operations. Your building may require a different size or layout. We can assess the removal route, mounting arrangement and associated gas work, then agree how the changeover fits around your team.

What we’ll work through with you

  • Building dimensions, insulation and frequently opened doors
  • Gas supply, flue routes and safe access to high-level equipment
  • Working zones, operating hours and temperature control
  • Air throw, obstructions and the need for air circulation

Looking after existing equipment

Powrmatic servicing & fault investigation.

Tell us the LX model, the height of the installation and whether the issue is ignition, airflow or temperature control. We’ll establish the access equipment needed and agree the servicing or fault-finding scope. A heater that runs but leaves the work area cold also needs its air distribution and controls considered.

We’ll agree the visit and access requirements with you. Servicing follows the installed equipment’s requirements; any additional repair, specialist attendance or replacement parts are discussed as part of the scope. If you look after several buildings, ask us about planned maintenance.

Useful to know

Your Powrmatic questions.

Will a new Powrmatic heater automatically cut our bills?

No fixed saving can be promised from a replacement alone. Insulation, open doors, schedules, sizing and air distribution all affect consumption. We can discuss those issues together and use your energy records to establish a realistic starting point.

What should I send when asking for a quote?

Send your postcode, a short description of the problem or planned work, and photographs of the equipment and its model plate. Tell us about any access restrictions and important operating times. We’ll help establish whether a site assessment is needed before preparing the proposal.
