Commercial boiler installation
New boilers, replacements and cascade systems for schools, workplaces and commercial premises. We plan the equipment and installation around the building’s heating needs.

- Single, twin and cascade boiler arrangements
- Natural gas, oil and LPG installations
- Pumps, flues, controls and connected pipework
- Installation, commissioning and ongoing servicing
How we work
Plan the whole installation.
A boiler replacement needs more than an equipment choice. We review the connected plant, site access and building use, then agree any heating interruptions before work begins.

Survey the existing system
Talk through the building’s heating needs, existing plant and available access.
- 02
Agree the proposal
Set out the equipment, associated work and project arrangements in your quotation.
- 03
Coordinate the installation
Agree access and shutdown arrangements with the people responsible for the site.
Installation range
Different buildings need different plant.

Useful to know
Your questions.
Can you replace a boiler in an occupied building?
We discuss how the premises operate and agree access and any required shutdowns before arranging the work. Let us know about term dates, guest use or other restrictions at the enquiry stage.
Do you work with gas, oil and LPG systems?
We undertake commercial boiler work across gas, oil and LPG. Send us the details of your existing installation so we can discuss the appropriate next step.
What should I send with an enquiry?
The site address, a brief description of the work and photographs of the boiler and plant room are a useful starting point. Include any drawings or previous service records you already have.
Planning the installation
The applicable requirements depend on the appliances, fuel, flue arrangement and building. BS 6644 addresses installation and maintenance of gas-fired hot-water boilers within its defined scope; IGEM/UP/10 addresses flued gas appliances in industrial and commercial premises. Applicability must be assessed for each project alongside the manufacturer’s instructions.
