Commercial heating repairs in Oxfordshire

When the heating or hot water stops working, you need to know what happens next. Call our Oxfordshire commercial team, tell us what has happened and we can discuss a visit.

  • Commercial boiler faults and recurring issues
  • Heating pumps, valves and associated components
  • Problems with commercial hot water equipment
  • Repair scope and replacement parts agreed with you

Boiler faults are not always boiler failures

A cold building does not always mean the boiler itself has failed. Pumps, valves, controls or system pressure may be involved too. Tell us what you have noticed and which areas are affected; we can take it from there.

  • Boiler lockouts, recurring fault codes and unreliable heating.
  • Circulation-pump, motorised-valve and pressurisation problems.
  • Hot-water interruptions and associated plant faults.
  • Repair options, parts availability and whether replacement is more appropriate.

Information that helps us arrange attendance

A photo of the fault display, the boiler make and model, and your site postcode are useful starting points. If you do not have everything to hand, please still call. Let us know if residents, pupils or essential business activities are affected so we understand the situation. We will confirm availability with you before a visit is booked.

Before you arrange the work

Can you repair heating without closing the building?

We will look at what can stay running and talk through any interruption with you. The answer depends on the fault, the isolation points and the parts needed. Our Old Prebendal House project shows how the team worked around an occupied nursing home; timings for your site will need to be agreed separately.

What if the boiler runs but the rooms stay cold?

The problem may be elsewhere in the system. Tell us whether all areas or one zone are affected and whether hot water still works. Pumps, controls, valves and connected circuits may need investigation as well as the boiler.

Should we repair or replace ageing equipment?

Condition, fault history, parts availability and the building’s future needs all influence the decision. An investigation can establish the immediate problem; a replacement proposal should also address integration with the remaining plant.
