The range, explained
From a compact retrofit to a larger boiler-house upgrade, the Remeha and current Baxi commercial portfolio includes several distinct equipment families. We’ll identify the actual model and branding in your quotation, including replacement options for older Remeha installations.
Compact · floor standing
Gas 120 Ace is a compact floor-standing condensing range aimed at commercial applications, including retrofit work. Weather-compensating control options are available. We’ll consider how a replacement connects to your existing heating circuits and whether the boiler-room layout can be retained.
Commercial · floor standing
The Gas 220 Ace family includes 160, 200, 250 and 300kW models. Top connections allow flexible side-by-side or back-to-back layouts, subject to the installation requirements. Integral wheels help with movement, but we still check the complete delivery route, door openings and final servicing space.
Larger plant · floor standing
For larger plant requirements, the Gas 320/620 Ace family supports flexible side-by-side arrangements and optional building-management connectivity. This is a specification-led choice: we’ll discuss the load, controls and wider system before recommending equipment or agreeing the scope of a major replacement.
Quinta range · wall hung
The current Quinta Ace is presented by the manufacturer under Baxi branding. It offers wall-hung boilers for individual installations or multi-boiler cascades. If your existing plant says Remeha Quinta, we’ll explain the current replacement options and check compatibility rather than assume an identical swap.
We’ll confirm the current model, availability, accessories and warranty terms in your proposal. Output and suitability depend on the selected equipment and system design.

We’ll distinguish the equipment you already own from what is currently available, then explain the proposed replacement, associated works and future servicing. The quotation will name the actual manufacturer and model.
Get help choosing your systemNew boilers & replacements
A school holiday, a care setting and a busy workplace each need a different approach to disruption. Tell us which services must remain available and any dates that matter. We’ll review removal access, the proposed boiler arrangement and the work around it before agreeing a programme. Where a newer range replaces an older Remeha model, the quotation will identify that clearly.
Care for your existing heating
For Remeha servicing, please include the number of boilers, their model numbers and any available maintenance records. A recurring fault across a cascade may involve the wider system as well as an individual appliance. We can discuss the investigation required and any parts or repair work separately; availability is checked for the particular model.
We’ll agree servicing around the manufacturer’s guidance, the installed equipment and how your premises operate. Any additional investigation, parts or remedial work will be discussed separately. You can also ask about a planned maintenance arrangement for the wider plant room.

Not necessarily. We assess the condition and compatibility of the boilers and surrounding equipment. The proposal can then distinguish what needs changing from what can reasonably be retained.
