How we work
Know what is covered and what comes next.
For a single site or a group of premises, your proposal sets out the included work, schedule and exclusions. Reactive attendance, repairs and replacement parts are discussed separately unless expressly included.
- 01
Send what you have
Share your asset list, site address and available service records. Photographs can help where records are incomplete.
- 02
Talk through the priorities
Discuss the equipment, any recurring concerns and the periods when access works best.
- 03
Agree the proposal
Review the included work, schedule and commercial terms before the agreement begins.
Useful to know
Your questions.
Can I start without a complete asset list?
Yes. Send the information you have, with photographs where useful. We can discuss how to establish the equipment to include.
Are repair parts included in a maintenance agreement?
The proposal defines what is included. Repairs, replacement parts and reactive attendance are discussed separately unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
Can you work around the way our premises operate?
We discuss working hours, access and restricted periods before agreeing the schedule. Let us know about school terms, guest use, production activity or other operational requirements.
How do we discuss reactive support?
Tell us about the equipment and the support you need. Attendance arrangements and the scope of reactive work are discussed as part of your individual proposal.
Urgent repair support
All customers may enquire about urgent commercial repairs. Enquiries are assessed during office hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Existing maintenance/PPM contract customers receive priority. Where practicable, work may be arranged within a few days and can include weekends, subject to engineer availability. This is not a guaranteed timeframe.
