Explore the Combat range

Gas heating, water-fed units and air circulation.

The right Combat installation depends on how the building is used and which heat sources are available. These options show why we look beyond a like-for-like replacement and discuss the whole arrangement with you.

Equipment & application

Combat Elite Pro suspended unit

Elite Pro suspended units provide gas-fired heating while keeping the floor available for work. The range includes different fan and air-distribution arrangements. We’ll work through the output, fuel configuration and control package before agreeing the installation.

  • Suspended or supported installation
  • Model-specific airflow and controls

Worth discussing forIndustrial units and workshops with suitable high-level positions.

Equipment & application

Combat cabinet heater

A cabinet offers an alternative where floor-level positioning or a different distribution arrangement suits the premises. We can compare this with suspended equipment and identify the associated supply, flue and electrical work. Existing delivery routes and access around the heater remain part of the design.

  • Floor-standing cabinet option
  • Space and distribution planned together

Worth discussing forFactories and larger working spaces considering cabinet heating.

Equipment & application

Combat EPWH water-to-air unit

EPWH uses hot water from a separate heat source and a fan to transfer that heat into the room. It is not a gas burner in each unit. We assess water temperatures, coil duty and pipework together, particularly where a building already has central heating plant.

  • Water-fed heat exchanger and fan
  • Horizontal or vertical discharge arrangements

Worth discussing forShops, workshops and warehouses with suitable hot-water heating plant.

Equipment & application

Combat HVE fan

HVE destratification fans are intended to move warmth back towards working level in high spaces. We can discuss whether the building’s temperature pattern makes them worthwhile and where they should sit. Any likely benefit depends on the building and operating pattern, not a guaranteed percentage saving.

  • Air circulation for high spaces
  • Consider with heating schedules and controls

Worth discussing forHigh-roof workshops, warehouses and halls.

From survey to handover

Combat installation & replacement.

A busy workshop may have lifting equipment, vehicle routes and storage close to the proposed heater. We’ll discuss those constraints with you, assess the existing installation and set out the work needed around the appliance. If a cabinet or different distribution arrangement is worth considering, we can compare that in the proposal rather than force a suspended unit into an unsuitable position.

What we’ll work through with you

  • Building dimensions, insulation and frequently opened doors
  • Gas supply, flue routes and safe access to high-level equipment
  • Working zones, operating hours and temperature control
  • Air throw, obstructions and the need for air circulation

Looking after existing equipment

Combat servicing & fault investigation.

For an existing Combat system, send the model details and tell us what has changed: heat output, ignition, noise or control behaviour. We can plan servicing around access to the unit and explain whether further investigation is required. Maintenance requirements and parts availability are checked against the installed model.

We’ll agree the visit and access requirements with you. Servicing follows the installed equipment’s requirements; any additional repair, specialist attendance or replacement parts are discussed as part of the scope. If you look after several buildings, ask us about planned maintenance.

Useful to know

Your Combat questions.

Is a suspended heater always better than a cabinet heater?

Neither is automatically better. Available space, mounting positions, airflow and the existing installation affect the decision. We’ll help compare the arrangements, including access for maintenance and the work needed to connect them.

What should I send when asking for a quote?

Send your postcode, a short description of the problem or planned work, and photographs of the equipment and its model plate. Tell us about any access restrictions and important operating times. We’ll help establish whether a site assessment is needed before preparing the proposal.
